About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to own client-facing integration and data migration engagements from kickoff through go-live. This is a hybrid PM / Business Analyst / Scrum Master role — you'll manage multiple small, rapid-moving projects at a time (2–6 months each), working directly with business owners, HR leaders, and executives (not just their representatives) at small and mid-size companies across the US.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end delivery for HCM integration and data/document migration projects, from kickoff to go-live
- Lead discovery sessions directly with clients — business owners, HR, and executives — to gather requirements
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, discovery documents, RAID logs, and status reports
- Build data mapping documents (source-to-target mappings, validation logic, transformation rules)




- Translate business requirements into clear technical specs for the engineering team
- Facilitate kickoffs, sprint reviews, UAT sessions, and go-live readiness meetings
- Review API documentation (e.g., Swagger) to understand what an integration does — no development required
- Manage multiple concurrent small projects with strong organization and prioritization

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally with a strong Business Analyst / Scrum Master component
- Comfortable managing 8–10 concurrent small projects simultaneously
- Strong, confident communicator — you'll be the primary point of contact for US-based business owners and executives
- Working knowledge of REST APIs (understanding requests/responses, not building them)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodology

Nice to Have

- Direct hands-on experience with HCM/payroll platforms
- Experience with data migration and validation best practices
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
