We are looking for an experienced and hands-on AI Team Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for our FinTech products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI/LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and MLOps, along with experience leading and mentoring AI/ML teams.

The candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to identify and deliver scalable AI solutions across financial technology use cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Design and develop production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Drive AI use cases across fraud detection, risk management, customer personalization, financial analytics, recommendation systems, automation, and intelligent assistants.
- Develop and implement LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, embeddings, and AI Agent workflows.
- Evaluate and implement suitable AI/ML models, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
- Lead model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, optimization, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build scalable MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for model lifecycle management.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML deployment.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-efficient.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Establish coding, testing, documentation, model evaluation, and deployment best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP, and Machine Learning.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.




- Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, and AI/Agentic workflows.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or equivalent ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, and ML lifecycle management.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud-based AI/ML solutions.
- Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and data processing pipelines.
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing AI/ML engineers.
- FinTech/BFSI domain experience is mandatory.

- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, model risk, and security.
- Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar MLOps tools.
- Experience working with real-time data/streaming platforms such as Kafka.
- Experience building scalable AI microservices and integrating AI models with fintech applications.

Pay: Up to ₹2,529,091.97 per year
