POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for 10 experienced Lady Butlers to join an ultra-luxury private residence in Colaba, Mumbai. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of extensive Butler experience, with strong exposure to Ultra-HNI/UHNI clientele, luxury cruise lines, and reputed luxury hotels in Dubai.

The candidates should be highly polished, discreet, service-oriented, and experienced in delivering personalised hospitality at the highest level. Strong knowledge of formal service, luxury etiquette, guest preferences, and private residence standards is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide highly personalised and discreet Butler service to the family and guests.
- Deliver exceptional service while anticipating guest and family requirements.
- Manage formal and informal dining service, including table setup and service.
- Maintain impeccable standards of grooming, etiquette, posture, and presentation.
- Handle guest preferences, special requests, dietary requirements, and daily service needs.
- Assist with wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and personal guest requirements where required.
- Coordinate with chefs, housekeeping, F&B;, chauffeurs, security, and other residence staff.
- Assist in organising private dinners, events, celebrations, and special occasions.
- Ensure guest rooms, dining areas, and service areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Maintain knowledge of fine dining, beverages, table settings, silverware, glassware, and formal service protocols.




- Provide concierge-style assistance and support with travel and guest arrangements when required.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of family preferences and ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Handle valuable items, personal belongings, and confidential information with complete discretion.
- Train and guide junior service staff in Butler etiquette and luxury service standards.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Minimum 10 years of extensive Butler experience.
- Solid experience serving Ultra-HNI/UHNI families or VIP clientele.
- Experience with luxury cruise lines will be highly preferred.
- Experience with reputed luxury hotels in Dubai/UAE will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international luxury hospitality and Butler standards.
- Excellent understanding of formal dining, fine service, etiquette, and guest relations.
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to anticipate guest requirements and deliver personalised service.
- International hospitality exposure will be an advantage.
- Experience in private residences, luxury hotels, yachts, cruise lines, or similar ultra-luxury environments preferred.
- High level of discretion, emotional maturity, adaptability, and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively within a large and highly professional household team.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

Candidates with experience across Ultra-HNI private residences, luxury cruise lines, and reputed 5-star/luxury hotels in Dubai will be strongly preferred.

International hospitality exposure and experience working with discerning global clientele will be an added advantage.
