Head Chef / Multi-Cuisine Chef Job Location: Mazgaon, Mumbai Industry: Cloud Kitchen / Food & Beverage Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skill set Job Description We are looking for a skilled, experienced and creative Head Chef / Multi-Cuisine Chef to join our upcoming cloud kitchen in Mazgaon, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Authentic Chinese, Continental cuisine and Baking, with additional culinary skills being an added advantage. The chef will be responsible for maintaining food quality, developing the menu, managing kitchen operations and ensuring consistency across every order. Key Specialisations Required Authentic Chinese Cuisine: Wok dishes, noodles, rice, starters, sauces, etc. Continental Cuisine: Pastas, grills, appetisers, mains, etc. Baking & Desserts: Cakes, pastries, breads, desserts, etc. Knowledge of additional cuisines and cooking styles will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities Prepare high-quality and consistent dishes according to recipes and standards. Develop new and signature dishes for the cloud kitchen menu. Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation. Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards. Manage portion control and food costing. Ensure efficient use of ingredients and minimise wastage. Handle high-volume orders while maintaining quality and presentation. Manage and coordinate with kitchen staff. Maintain inventory and coordinate ingredient requirements. Contribute creative ideas for menu development and seasonal/festival specials.



Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Chef / Head Chef / Multi-Cuisine Chef. Strong expertise in Authentic Chinese and Continental cuisine. Good knowledge of baking and desserts. Strong understanding of food preparation, presentation and plating. Knowledge of food costing and portion control. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced cloud kitchen workplace. Good leadership and team-management skills. Creativity and passion for developing new food concepts.
