The impact you’ll make

- The Forecast Management Team is responsible for driving end-to-end forecasting by extending demand visibility beyond the customer order horizon and enabling proactive supply chain readiness for New product transitions from Pilot to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
- This role will lead Forecast Management for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Pilot-to-HVM transitions, driving demand assessment, Planning BOM readiness, and forecast signal generation to enable material planning, supply chain readiness, and successful product ramp execution.
- The position is accountable for maintaining accurate Planning BOMs and reliable forecast signals so Factory and Supply Chain can plan long lead material, capacity, slotting, and ramp readiness with confidence.

What you’ll do

Pilot Planning BOM Governance

- Lead the end-to-end planning, maintenance, and governance of Planning BOMs for New Product Introduction (NPI), Pilot manufacturing, and High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) transitions, ensuring alignment with product configurations and engineering builds.
- Establish and maintain Planning BOMs prior to transition, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Product Option Architecture (POA) , Engineering Change Management team on design changes and obsolete components.
- Provide forecast visibility to support Long Lead Time (LLT) parts, supplier readiness, capacity planning, inventory optimization and overall supply chain preparedness throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Govern Planning BOM revisions, engineering changes, and forecast assumptions through structured change control processes, maintaining full traceability of BOM updates, forecast revisions, and issue resolution activities.
- Analyze MRP Output and ensure demand visibility for unreleased and transitioning products across Factory and Supply Chain to enable proactive material positioning and risk mitigation.
- Partner closely with the Pilot Transition Program Manager throughout the Planning, Stability, Build Verify (BV), and Build Qualify (BQ)



phases by providing demand and forecast inputs that support manufacturing plans, transition roadmaps, HVM readiness assessments, and factory transfer activities.
- Maintain forecast coverage throughout the product lifecycle by ensuring Pilot and HVM demand plans extend through the transition period and support the early builds of HVM ramp requirements.
- Conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations for forecast deviations, Planning BOM discrepancies, demand signal failures, and material planning impacts, implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.
- Develop and publish forecast readiness, Planning BOM health, material risk, and transition readiness metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and executive visibility throughout the Pilot-to-HVM transition lifecycle.

Forecast Performance

- Manage forecast review, analyze forecast variances, and refresh cadences and communicate key forecast updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Deliver dashboards and executive-ready reporting on Pilot demand, HVM transitions forecast, material readiness, and open actions.
- Lead demand review meetings, govern action closure, and escalate risks impacting transition schedules, supply readiness, or forecast attainment.
- Standardize work instructions, change logs, assumptions trackers, and operating cadence for Pilot Forecast Management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Serve as the central forecast planning liaison across Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment, Master Scheduling, Factory Planning, Operations, and receiving factories.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Configuration Engineering teams to ensure Planning BOMs accurately reflect product configurations, POA releases, SAP BOM structures, engineering changes, and transition requirements
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Master Scheduling, MPM, and Manufacturing Operations teams to align forecast assumptions, build plans, material readiness, and capacity requirements
- Partner with Business Systems Analysts (BSA) / GIS Team for develop and deploying systems/process ,



troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.

Who we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain with 5+ Years for Experience or master’s degree with 3+ year experience
- 3+ Years of related experience in project management or program management.
- Experience coordinating cross functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and utilize data for decision and support.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, MRP, Quotes and Sales Orders, Variant Configurator and BOM structures.
- Experience managing global cross-functional programs across Engineering NPI Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Management.

Preferred qualifications

- Semiconductor or complex manufacturing experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale forecasting transformation, or digital supply chain initiatives.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills

Our hybrid roles combine the perks of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
