About the Role

We are looking for a confident, sharp and result-oriented Sales professional to join our Influencer Marketing team.

This role is for someone who can find the right brands, start conversations, build relationships and convert opportunities into business. You should be comfortable speaking to decision-makers, pitching marketing solutions and driving the sales process from lead generation to closure.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and generate new B2B leads across brands and businesses.
- Pitch and sell Influencer Marketing campaigns and solutions.
- Connect with marketing heads, brand managers, founders and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to create relevant proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closure.
- Keep track of market trends, brands, campaigns and influencer marketing opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–5 years of proven B2B sales experience.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong confidence in client conversations and sales pitching.
- Experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Media, PR or Marketing Services will be an advantage.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and open new business conversations.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up and closing skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of brands, social media and the digital marketing ecosystem.

This is a Work-from-Office role based in Gurugram.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are comfortable with B2B sales, client acquisition and revenue generation. This is not a customer-support or telecalling role.
