Job Description

We hiring Field HR Executives to build and manage a network of Insurance Advisors in their own city.

The selected candidate will work from their local area and be responsible for identifying, approaching and onboarding suitable candidates as Insurance Advisors. The company will provide complete training and backend support.

Along with the HR role, the selected candidate will also be onboarded as an Insurance Advisor, subject to completing the applicable insurance advisor examination and other requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors from your own city.
- Generate candidates through local networking, references and field activities.
- Explain the Insurance Advisor opportunity, earning potential and career benefits.
- Guide candidates through the onboarding and examination process.
- Maintain regular communication with recruited advisors.
- Support advisors in getting started with their insurance business.
- Coordinate with the company's backend HR and sales team.
- Achieve the monthly recruitment target of 15 new Insurance Advisors.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month

To qualify for the fixed monthly salary, the Field HR Executive is required to onboard 15 eligible Insurance Advisors per month,



who successfully complete the applicable onboarding/examination requirements.

In addition to the fixed salary, the candidate can earn performance-based incentives for achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.

- Candidates with HR, recruitment, sales, insurance, banking or field-sales experience preferred.
- Fresher candidates with good communication and networking skills can also apply.
- Must be willing to work in the field within their own city.
