Job Summary
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer closure.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS/HRMS.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
Meet defined recruitment targets, turnaround times, and hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding.
Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, qualified networks, referrals, and other channels.




Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR/recruiter interviews and coordinate technical interview rounds.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
