Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the branch's daily operations.
- Drive admissions, revenue, and business growth.
- Guide and mentor the counseling and sales team.
- Ensure exceptional student counseling and customer service.
- Monitor team performance and achieve monthly targets.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proven experience in study abroad counseling, education, or sales leadership.
- Strong leadership,



communication, and team management skills.
- Target driven with excellent business development abilities.
- Ability to handle branch operations independently.
