Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Client Relationship Executive with at least 1 year of experience. The role involves visiting clients, promoting our labour law consultancy services and HR Software, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing clients to promote company services and software
- Generate new business opportunities through field marketing activities
- Convert leads into clients through effective follow-up and relationship building
- Present and explain company services clearly to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
- Maintain records of client visits, leads, and conversions

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or client handling
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Positive interpersonal and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in field marketing or B2B sales
- Knowledge of consultancy or service-based business
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Salary

Based on Performance
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
