We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Telecallers in Thanjavur. The role involves communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, providing information, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Responsibilities

- Make calls to customers and potential customers.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls.
- Maintain customer and call records.
- Coordinate with the team for customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
