Job Description – Shop Staff

Position: Shop Staff – Sales Orders & Inventory Management
Employment Type: Full time
Location: Ajmer

Job Responsibilities

- Handle daily customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Prepare, pack and dispatch sale orders as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly update stock levels.
- Receive incoming stock and verify quantities and products.
- Arrange products properly and maintain an organized store/stock area.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock or fast-moving items.
- Assist customers and handle basic sales-related queries.
- Coordinate with the delivery team/couriers for order dispatches.
- Check orders carefully to avoid product, quantity or packing errors.
- Maintain basic records of sales,



purchases and inventory.
- Keep the shop and storage area clean and organized.

Requirements

- Previous experience in shop operations, order processing or inventory management preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual and organized.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently.
