Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Malayalam.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Make follow-up and reminder calls when required.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
- Update customer details and call records in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

- Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
- Valuable verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
