We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You will oversee daily field operations, manage site crews and subcontractors, ensure strict adherence to engineering plans and safety standards, and keep construction projects progressing safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.




- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Creating and managing team schedules Evaluating performance and providing feedback
- Reporting to senior management

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
