We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to handle architectural design, planning, drawings, and coordination for residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Develop designs based on client requirements, project scope, and company standards.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models as required.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution is as per approved drawings.
- Review drawings and identify design or execution issues.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and incorporate design requirements and revisions.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.
- Support the project team during execution and resolve design-related queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision records of drawings.
Requirements
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, or similar software is preferred.
- Good understanding of construction materials and building processes.
- Robust design, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹11,909.33 - ₹60,230.60 per month
