Role Responsibilities

User Experience Leadership

- Lead UX activities throughout the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across product teams.
- Simplify complex workflows and business requirements into intuitive customer experiences.
- Influence product strategy through customer insights, journey mapping, and usability findings.

Interaction & Visual Design

- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design responsive experiences across desktop, mobile, and emerging channels.
- Ensure experiences align with accessibility standards, design systems, and brand guidelines.
- Contribute to and evolve enterprise design patterns and component libraries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to define and prioritize customer needs.
- Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and collaborative ideation activities.
- Present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders using research and data.
- Support agile product teams through iterative design and continuous delivery practices.

Design Quality & Continuous Improvement

- Establish success metrics and monitor user experience outcomes.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to peers and junior designers.
- Stay informed on emerging UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Champion accessibility, inclusivity,



and customer-centric thinking across teams.

All About You

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Psychology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Significant experience designing digital products in an agile, rapid-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process and measurable business impact.
- Proven experience conducting and applying user research.
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and other UX design tools.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong communication, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decisions through customer insights, design rationale, and data.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in enterprise SaaS, fintech, payments, banking, or B2B platforms.
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and inclusive design practices.
- Experience with design thinking, Lean UX, and agile product development methodologies.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience mentoring designers or leading workstreams within a UX team.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
