We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and growth-focused Social Media Manager / Strategist to build and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
What You’ll Do
* Develop platform-specific social media strategies
* Plan content calendars and posting schedules
* Research trends, competitors, algorithms & content ideas
* Create content concepts, captions, hooks & video scripts
* Collaborate with our video & creative team
* Drive growth in reach, engagement, followers & performance
* Understand creator, influencer & personal branding ecosystems
What We’re Looking For
1.5–2.5 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
Meta Business Suite knowledge is a plus
Strong English & Hindi communication/copywriting skills
Creative, proactive, organised & team-oriented
