We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence, and the ability to interact with customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Follow up with existing leads and maintain regular communication.
- Explain company offerings and address basic customer queries.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversions.

Requirements





- 0–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
- Candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, or nearby areas preferred.

Should have real estate experience .
