Working Days Monday to Friday Working Hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Reporting To Team Lead Daily Output Minimum 3 positive-quality reels

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing creative

team. You will work on social-first video content for our clients, transforming raw footage and creative

briefs into polished, engaging reels that reflect each brand’s identity and objectives.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical side of editing and

takes pride in delivering work that is not only visually strong, but also timely, accurate, and

client-ready.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Video Editing & Content Production: Edit engaging, good-quality reels based on footage, scripts,

storyboards, briefs, and brand requirements.

- Review footage carefully, include all required clips, remove unnecessary content, and maintain strong

pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm.

- Follow approved scripts, storyboards, timelines, and creative directions accurately.
- Implement feedback and revisions promptly and accurately, ensuring each revised version meets the

required standard.

- Visual Quality & Branding: Maintain consistent framing, cropping, aspect ratios, colour grading,

transitions, effects, and overall visual quality.

- Apply client branding accurately, including logos, fonts, colours,



and other visual elements.
- Ensure final exports are clean and professional, with no jump cuts, flickering, frame glitches,

pixelation, or compression issues.

- Audio, Text & Graphics: Ensure clear, well-balanced audio, accurate captions and subtitles, correct

spelling and punctuation, and properly synced on-screen text.

- Use music, sound effects, titles, callouts, lower thirds, and other graphics appropriately to strengthen

the content.

Daily Delivery Expectations

The role requires consistent daily output while maintaining a strong standard of editing. The

expectation is a minimum of 3 good-quality reels every working day.

- Quality should never be compromised for speed or quantity.
- Each reel should be properly reviewed and quality-checked before submission.
- Deadlines must be respected consistently, and feedback/revisions should be actioned promptly.
- Performance will be assessed on output, editing quality, timeliness, attention to detail, responsiveness

to feedback, and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For





- Prior experience as a Video Editor, preferably working on social media content, digital campaigns, or

short-form reels.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating quality short-form video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing software.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual rhythm, transitions, colour grading, audio,

captions, and motion graphics.

- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual quality.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand creative direction and implement feedback quickly and accurately.
- A creative mindset, technical confidence, accountability, and a collaborative approach.

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed based on experience, editing skills, portfolio, and overall suitability for

the role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
