Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online business across major marketplaces. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho and should be capable of independently managing product listings, sales, promotions and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing and specifications.
- Monitor daily sales, orders, returns, cancellations and product performance.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales and marketplace revenue.
- Manage marketplace promotions, offers, discounts and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products and market trends.
- Track and improve product ranking, visibility and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for timely order processing.
- Manage inventory availability and prevent stock-out/over-stock situations.
- Analyze marketplace reports and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer reviews, ratings and marketplace-related issues.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for account, listing, payment and order-related issues.




- Identify new opportunities for product growth and online sales.
- Ensure all product information and marketplace data remain accurate and updated.

Required Skills

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho portals.
- Strong knowledge of E-Commerce Sales & Marketing.
- Good understanding of Product Listing & Listing Optimization.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace sales performance and analytics.
- Valuable knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to analyze sales data and take corrective actions.
- Good understanding of SEO, keywords, pricing and online promotions.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who has actual working experience in E-Commerce Sales & Marketing, rather than only theoretical knowledge. Experience in a Manufacturing/Product-based company will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 Gross/Month, depending on experience and skills.
