Key Responsibilities

- Operate SAP for day-to-day transactions and maintain accurate system records.
- Enter and update material receipts, issues, transfers, and stock movements in SAP.
- Prepare and process GRN, material issue slips, stock transfers, and related documents.
- Maintain inventory records and reconcile physical stock with SAP records.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
- Generate SAP-based reports, MIS, and inventory statements as required.
- Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely system updates.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Identify discrepancies in SAP transactions and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP/SAP S4HANA.
- Good knowledge of inventory and material management processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong data-entry and documentation skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, stores, inventory, or warehouse operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
