BRANWOX is a branding, marketing and creative media agency building brands since 1998.

We work across brand strategy, creative communication, social media, digital marketing, performance marketing and premium content.

We are looking for a Senior Brand Strategist / Account Manager who can work closely with the leadership team and take ownership of client strategy, communication and day to day account management.

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys both thinking strategically and getting things executed.

You will work directly across strategy, creative, content and client communication rather than being limited to one specialised function.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy

- Understand client businesses, audiences and objectives
- Develop brand and marketing strategies
- Identify positioning and communication opportunities
- Develop content and campaign directions
- Translate business objectives into marketing actions
- Participate in client presentations and strategy discussions

Account Management

- Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate between clients and internal team members
- Manage timelines, deliverables and approvals
- Prepare meeting notes, action points and follow ups
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships
- Ensure agreed deliverables are progressing on schedule

Content & Creative Strategy

- Develop monthly content directions
- Create content pillars and campaign themes
- Brief designers and marketing team members
- Review creative work before client presentation
- Write or guide creative briefs and campaign concepts
- Maintain consistency in brand communication

Business & Marketing Thinking

- Monitor campaign and content performance




- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Understand social media and digital marketing fundamentals
- Participate in client growth discussions
- Convert insights into actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, advertising, digital marketing, account management or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Good understanding of branding and marketing
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients
- Strong presentation and documentation skills
- Good understanding of social media and content marketing
- Proficiency in English

Preferred Skills

- Experience in an advertising, branding or digital agency
- Experience handling client accounts
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with content strategy
- Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Strong interest in branding and creative communication
