We're Hiring: SEO Associate (Freelance)

We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Associate who understands search intent, keyword research, and website optimization. The role involves working closely with content, development, and project teams to improve organic visibility and rankings.

Role Type: Strategy + Technical

Commitment: Contract based

Experience Level: 2-3 years

Location: Kothrud, Pune

Responsibilities:

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization)
- Assist in technical SEO tasks (site audits, indexing issues, basic Core Web Vitals understanding)
- Support off-page SEO activities (link-building coordination, citations, outreach support)
- Optimize content for search engines and user intent
- Track rankings, traffic, and performance using SEO tools




- Prepare basic SEO reports and insights for the team

Ideal Candidate:

- Valuable understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs / Yoast
- Basic understanding of WordPress and website structure
- Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts
- Ability to follow SEO guidelines and project instructions
