Role Description

The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation for Stratixa and its clients.

Daily activities include conducting comprehensive keyword research, performing SEO audits, optimizing on-page and technical SEO elements, and developing link-building initiatives. The SEO Manager will monitor and analyze performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with marketing and content teams to align SEO efforts with broader campaigns. The role also involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices to continuously improve SEO outcomes.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform SEO audits and optimize on-page and technical elements to improve search performance.




- Robust skills in keyword research and search intent analysis to guide content and landing page strategies.
- Experience with link building and off-page optimization to strengthen domain authority and rankings.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals and how SEO integrates with digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, preferably within IT or technology-related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹40,795.19 - ₹45,941.76 per month
