We are looking for a *Export Market Data Analyst* to work under the direct supervision of the *Head – Exports* and provide support in identifying new international buyers and developing new export business opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential buyers, collecting and analyzing export market data, monitoring competitors, and providing relevant information to the Head – Exports for business development and decision-making.

## Key Responsibilities

* Work under the *supervision and guidance of the Head – Exports* and follow instructions related to export market development.

* Research and identify *new international buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, agents, and trading companies*.

* Find potential buyers through import/export databases, B2B platforms, trade directories, LinkedIn, exhibitions, industry websites, and other relevant sources.

* Prepare and maintain an updated *international buyer database* with company details, country, products, contact information, import activity, and buyer status.

* Research potential markets and identify countries with demand for the company's products.

* Analyze import/export data to identify *active buyers, buying patterns, quantities, prices, and market trends*.

* Support the Head – Exports in preparing *buyer lists, market reports, lead-generation reports, and business development data*.

* Track and maintain records of enquiries, leads, quotations, follow-ups, orders, and conversion status.

* Understand and monitor the complete process of *how export enquiries are generated and converted into orders*.

* Collect practical market information regarding buyer requirements, pricing, packaging, payment terms, quantities, and delivery expectations.

* Provide regular updates to the Head – Exports regarding new buyers, market opportunities,



competitor activities, and potential business leads.

* Assist in verifying and evaluating potential buyers before they are approached by the export team.

* Maintain confidentiality of company, buyer, pricing, and business information.

* Perform other export market research and business development activities as instructed by the *Head – Exports*.

## Data Analysis & Reporting

* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by the Head – Exports.

* Analyze:

* Country-wise buyer potential

* Product-wise demand

* Buyer-wise import activity

* Competitor activity

* Market prices

* Enquiry and order conversion

* New lead generation

* Existing vs. potential buyers

* Maintain accurate records in Excel/ERP or other company systems.

* Provide data-based insights to help the Head – Exports identify *new markets and potential customers*.

## Required Skills

* Knowledge internet research and *market research skills*.

* knowledge of *MS Excel and data analysis*.

* Ability to find and verify international companies and buyers.

* Good understanding of export/import business.

* Strong communication and follow-up skills.

* Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to work under instructions and meet assigned targets.

* Knowledge of import/export databases and B2B platforms will be an advantage.

The candidate will work *under the direct supervision of the Head – Exports. The primary responsibility is to **support the Head – Exports in finding and developing new international buyers and markets*, conducting research and analysis, and carrying out relevant tasks and instructions assigned from time to time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
