Job Responsibilities: *Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. *Create and publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media. *Screen resumes and job applications. *Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods. *Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. *Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. *Maintain candidate databases (via IRECRUIT & ZINGHR). *And train the candidates, teach grooming, work them efficiently & promote them etc. *Prepare recruitment reports and provide metrics. *Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
