BNC is hiring for a Corporate Tax Manager – US Tax role with robust expertise in ASC 740 Tax Provisions.

Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Hybrid – 10–12 days WFO/month

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Experience: 7–12+ Years

Key Expertise

- ASC 740 & U.S. Tax Provisioning
- Current & Deferred Tax (DTA/DTL)
- Tax Provision Research & Planning
- U.S. Federal & State Tax Compliance – Form 1120

Key Responsibilities

- Manage quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions under U.S. GAAP
- Prepare and review Current & Deferred Tax calculations
- Review book-to-tax differences and tax provision workpapers
- Oversee U.S. Federal & State Form 1120 compliance
- Conduct tax research, planning, and provision-to-return true-ups
- Support tax audits and ensure U.S. tax compliance




- Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

1. CA or CPA – Mandatory
2. Consulting Firm Experience – Mandatory
3. Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
4. NCR/Gurugram-based candidates preferred
