About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for Sales, BPO, and Teleconsultation profiles.

Freshers with an MBA/PGDM in HR and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.

Required Skills & Experience





- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for Sales, BPO, Teleconsultation, or similar customer-facing profiles.
- Valuable of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work within hiring timelines.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a WFH environment.

Educational Qualification

- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related specialization will be an advantage.
- Freshers with an MBA/PGDM in HR may also be considered.
