JOB REQUIREMENT :-

Role & Designation :- Marketing Coordinator
Nature of Job :- Full Time / Permanent
Qualification :- Graduate
Work Location :- Chinchwad, Pune
Experience :- 1–3 Years preferred
Salary Range :- As per the interview

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :-

- Source and collect details of industrial properties & co-ordinate with team members.
- Coordinate with property owners and brokers for new inventory, availability, pricing and property details.
- Collect and maintain complete property information and making PPT.
- Manage property listings on various real estate portals like Magicbricks, 99acres, including posting, updating, ranking and maintaining listing quality.
- Handle incoming leads, perform lead calling, lead assignment and follow-ups, and maintain accurate lead records.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead distribution, site visit follow-ups and customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Inventory Tracker, Lead Tracker, Posting Tracker, Email Tracker, Response Tracker and PPT Tracker.




- Coordinate with the PPT Team for preparation of property presentations and maintain PPT links and records.
- Maintain accurate property and lead databases, identify duplicate listings/leads, and archive expired or unavailable properties.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports covering inventory, listings, leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions.
- Analyze lead conversion, area-wise performance, portal performance and executive performance.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improving marketing performance.
- Coordinate with portal support teams to resolve listing, ranking and other portal-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely updating of all marketing records and trackers.
