Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support its digital marketing and customer acquisition activities. The role will focus on paid advertising, campaign analysis, e-commerce marketing, and coordination with internal teams and external marketing partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Analyse marketing performance using GA4, Ads Manager, Google Ads, and internal reports.
- Maintain UTM tracking and marketing data using spreadsheets.
- Support customer acquisition and retention activities.
- Coordinate with performance marketing agencies, content teams, design teams, and operations.




- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and digital marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Shopify, UTM tracking, and spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal and external teams.
- Experience with D2C or e-commerce businesses is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

- Beauty or skincare brands
- Ayurveda or wellness brands
- Shopify-based e-commerce
- UGC or influencer campaigns
- CRM and customer retention
- Conversion and landing-page optimisation

Education

A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
