Role Summary
WinWire is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives within the Market Access technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing SaaS applications, platform upgrade cycles, release management, and business-critical application enhancements, with prior exposure to Model N being highly preferred.
Primary (Must have skills)*
- Robust understanding of Pharmaceutical Market Access business processes.
- Experience supporting Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, Chargebacks, Government Pricing, and Gross-to-Net processes.
- Working knowledge of Market Access business stakeholders and operational workflows.
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience leading complex enterprise application projects.
- Strong project planning, execution, and governance capabilities and experience managing cross-functional global teams.
- Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience managing SaaS platform releases and upgrade cycles.
- Experience delivering enterprise application enhancements and transformation initiatives.
Tools & Methodologies
Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery.
Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
Secondary Skills:
- Experience with Data & Analytics projects using Power BI, Snowflake, or Azure
- Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud or Patient Services solutions
- Understanding of Omnichannel and CRM platforms
- Experience in digital transformation programs
