Job description

1. Shall be responsible for compiling CAPA Corrective and Preventive Actions report and RI Report as directed
by QA Head.
2. Shall be responsible for ensuring conformance to Process SOPs for concerned product families and making necessary revisions as and when required.
3. Shall make the report of the internal and external rejections on predefined frequencies and submit to QA head and make an analysis and chart down if these rejections have an upward or downward trend.
4. Shall update all corrective, preventive actions and effectiveness of action and its date in ISO share file for all the departments in the QMS share file.
5. Shall be responsible to prepare monthly reports and get reviewed by Heads.
6. Shall is responsible to prepare the CMD report based on external rejections.

Shall organize and participate in departmental meetings related to ISO documentations and ensure that each meeting is documented with minutes of each meeting.
8. Shall be responsible to enter the data of validation procedures and ensure timely revisions of the same.
9. Shall be responsible to train junior data entry staff.
10. Shall enter the report of risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to QA/ Management and product development.
11. Shall submit required MIS to reporting Head.
12. Shall satisfactorily perform any assignments or duties given by Head of QA or by HOD Technical.
13. In case of leave/ absence arrange for an alternative data entry staff for data submissions.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Qualification : Graduates

1+ years of experience as an Data Analyst

Analytical skills, problem-solving, and adaptable. Requires communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Should be well versed with computer, Excel, power point.
