Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid Certificate of Practice (COP) to manage and oversee the company's accounting, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit and finance operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, audit, MIS, financial planning and accounting, with the ability to independently handle finance-related responsibilities in a fast-growing business workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and review day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Handle tax audits, statutory audits and internal audits.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and government authorities.
- Manage monthly and annual financial closing.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial projections.
- Review financial transactions and ensure proper internal controls.




- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Handle tax notices, assessments and related correspondence.
- Support management in financial planning and business decisions.
- Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
- Ensure all financial and regulatory deadlines are met.

Required Skills

- Qualified CA (ICAI) with valid COP.
- 3–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Positive knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and management skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.

Experience in a startup, e-commerce, trading or technology company will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
