About the Role

We are looking for a confident, creative, and experienced Content Creator who is comfortable being in front of the camera and can independently create engaging video content for different brands.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in on-camera content creation, presenting, hosting, acting, or creating social media videos. She should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create content that is engaging, natural, and brand-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging short-form video content, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, brand videos, and social media content.
- Be comfortable and confident appearing in front of the camera for brand content.
- Present, explain, review, demonstrate, or promote products and services naturally on camera.
- Develop creative content ideas, hooks, concepts, scripts, and video formats.
- Create content in both English and Hindi, depending on the brand and target audience.
- Deliver dialogues, scripts, and presentations with clear pronunciation, confidence, and appropriate expressions.
- Work with the creative and marketing team to understand brand requirements and campaign objectives.
- Research trending Reels, viral formats, audio, topics, and social media trends and develop relevant content.




- Adapt communication style according to different brands, audiences, and industries.
- Collaborate with Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Social Media Managers, and Performance Marketing Teams.
- Participate in content shoots and assist in developing concepts for video campaigns.
- Review and improve content based on performance, audience response, and client feedback.
- Manage multiple brand requirements while maintaining consistency and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Hosting, Presenting, Acting, or a similar role.
- Prior on-camera experience is mandatory.
- Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong command of English with good grammar, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Ability to communicate naturally and confidently while recording videos.
- Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to understand scripts and deliver them naturally rather than sounding scripted.
- Good sense of expressions, body language, presentation, and storytelling.




- Ability to create content that is engaging, informative, entertaining, and brand-focused.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends.

Candidates should share a portfolio/showreel or links to previous on-camera videos demonstrating their:

- Content quality
- Creativity
- Expressions and confidence
- Previous brand/content creation work

Candidates who have strong on-camera presence along with good content creation and communication skills will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
