We are the Partners for a Global Healthcare Organization, seeking team members for our Service Team

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of sophisticated medical imaging and clinical diagnostic equipment across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Service & Maintenance

- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration, and repair of biomedical and specialized medical devices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across mechanical, electrical, electronic, fluidic, and software systems using specialized diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Conduct scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Safety Inspections to ensure reliable system operation and extend equipment lifespans.
- Execute software upgrades, system configurations, and routine field modifications.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain comprehensive, detailed records of service activities, work orders, service logs, and expense reports within the Field Service Management system.
- Complete calibration and electrical safety testing in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Customer Relationship & Support

- Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and healthcare providers, biomedical engineering departments, and clinical staff.
- Train end-users (nurses, technicians, and biomedical staff)



on proper equipment operation, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide escalation support and collaborate with factory technical support and product management teams on recurring technical issues.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to deliver emergency technical support after business hours or during weekends when needed.

Education & Experience

- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a related field (or equivalent military biomedical training like DoD BMET).
- Experience: 2–5 years of field service experience working with complex electromechanical or biomedical systems
- Experience with network infrastructure, DICOM, PACS, or HL7 protocols is highly preferred.

Physical & Travel Requirements

- Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned region, including occasional overnight travel on short notice.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
