About the Role

We’re looking for a Web Developer, Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist to join our team in Mohali.

Experience working with U.S. trucking insurance companies, agencies, or related businesses is strongly preferred. Candidates who understand the U.S. insurance industry, trucking insurance processes, or insurance-related CRM systems will have an advantage.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across websites, CRM systems, social media, and automation. We’re not looking for someone who only wants to work on one thing. You’ll have the opportunity to work on different projects, learn new tools, and help improve the way our company works online.

One day you might be updating a website or building a landing page. The next, you could be working on a CRM workflow, fixing an automation, or creating content for social media.

We want someone who is curious, practical, creative, and enjoys figuring things out.

What You’ll DoWebsite & Web Development

- Build, update, and maintain websites, landing pages, forms, and other web pages.
- Work with platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix/Velo, and GoHighLevel.
- Make sure websites work properly and look good on both desktop and mobile.
- Troubleshoot website issues and make improvements when needed.
- Work on basic SEO, website speed, forms, integrations, and functionality.
- Connect websites with calendars, forms, payment systems, APIs, and other business tools.
- Help keep website content, pages, and information up to date.

CRM & Automation

- Manage and improve CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, NowCerts, HubSpot, and Zoho.
- Build and maintain pipelines, forms, workflows, follow-ups, and automations.
- Use Zapier and other integration tools to connect different systems.
- Look for repetitive tasks that can be automated.
- Help improve how information moves between different systems.
- Keep CRM data organized, accurate, and easy for the team to use.
- Troubleshoot CRM and automation issues and find practical solutions.

Social Media & Content

- Help manage the company's social media accounts and content calendar.
- Create social media posts, captions, blogs, and website content.




- Turn existing company information into engaging social media and short-form content.
- Help maintain a consistent brand and tone across different platforms.
- Assist with basic graphics, content ideas, and creative campaigns when needed.
- Monitor basic engagement and help identify what content performs well.

Digital Projects & Support

- Work directly with management on website, CRM, marketing, and automation projects.
- Research new software, tools, and technologies.
- Test new platforms and recommend better solutions when appropriate.
- Troubleshoot problems instead of simply passing them along.
- Help create and improve digital processes.
- Take ownership of projects and see them through from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be an expert in everything listed below. We’re looking for someone with a strong combination of technical, creative, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate:

- Has 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Has solid hands-on web development experience.
- Is comfortable working with WordPress and other website platforms.
- Has experience working with CRM systems and automation.
- Understands social media, digital content, and online marketing.
- Has good written and spoken English.
- Can work independently and manage their own tasks.
- Is organized and pays attention to detail.
- Learns recent software and technology quickly.
- Enjoys solving problems and figuring things out.
- Can communicate clearly with management and team members.
- Is comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Experience with U.S. trucking insurance, commercial auto insurance, or insurance agency systems is strongly preferred.

You don’t need to know every platform listed. Strong experience in the right areas, combined with the ability to learn quickly, is more important to us.

Education

A degree in Computer Science, IT, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

However, what you can actually do matters more to us than your degree.

If you have strong practical experience, a good portfolio, and can show us what you’ve built or worked on, we want to hear from you.

You may be working on a website in the morning, improving a CRM automation in the afternoon, and creating social media content later in the day.
