Salary & Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹28,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance: ₹4,000 per month
- Fixed Monthly CTC: ₹32,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000+ per month
- Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹37,000 – ₹47,000+

About the Role

JAZZ Beats LLP is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inflow Executive to manage retailer collections, payment follow-ups and cash inflow activities across Pune.

The role involves regular field visits to assigned retailers and close coordination with the Sales and Accounts teams to ensure timely collections and healthy cash inflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect outstanding payments/cash from assigned retailers.
- Visit retailers regularly as per the assigned collection schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding amounts.
- Deposit or submit collected cash according to Company procedures.
- Provide collection receipts or acknowledgements to retailers where applicable.
- Follow up with retailers regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Reconcile daily collections with Company records and report discrepancies.
- Report collection status, pending payments and collection-related issues to the reporting manager.




- Maintain professional relationships with retailers and resolve collection-related queries.
- Ensure collected funds are handled securely and submitted within the prescribed timeline.
- Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams regarding retailer outstanding balances.
- Support the Company in maintaining healthy cash inflow and reducing overdue payments.

Candidate Requirements

- Proactive, energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Comfortable with field work and regular market visits.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in interacting with retailers and handling payment-related discussions.
- Target-oriented with ownership of collection responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow Company procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned retailer accounts.
- Willingness to travel within Pune as required.

The role provides hands-on exposure to retailer collections, cash inflow management, account follow-up, retail relationship management, payment reconciliation, and coordination with Sales and Accounts teams.
