Job Description :
The Project Head will be responsible for end-to-end management of projects,

ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

This role requires robust leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across design, procurement, and execution.

- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Monitor site progress and resolve execution challenges
- Lead and manage project managers, site engineers, and vendors
- Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
- Conduct regular review meetings and performance evaluations
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Ensure clear communication and alignment on project milestones




- Handle escalations and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts
- Optimize costs without compromising quality
- Approve procurement and vendor payments within authority
