Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and ELV works.
- Read and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural, contractor, consultant, and vendor teams.
- Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers, subcontractors, and other site workers.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction or installation issues.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor material usage to minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, inspection reports, and site documentation.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.




- Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and permit-to-work systems.
- Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MEP systems and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong manpower and subcontractor supervision skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil

Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in MEP site execution/supervision.

Pay: ₹30,225.66 - ₹35,797.71 per month
