We are looking for a passionate AI Creative Specialist who can blend creativity with emerging AI technologies to create stunning visual content for brands.

This role is ideal for someone who constantly experiments with AI tools, stays updated with the latest trends, and can transform ideas into high-quality visual content.

Job Summary

The AI Visual Designer will work closely with the Multimedia and Design teams to create AI-generated images, videos, concept art, campaign visuals, product visualizations, cinematic scenes, and dream-like creative content.

The ideal candidate should have robust prompting skills and the ability to create realistic and imaginative visuals while maintaining facial consistency and preserving human features.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Image Generation

- Create high-quality AI-generated images for branding campaigns.
- Generate photorealistic visuals using AI tools.
- Develop concept art, advertising visuals, posters, and social media creatives.
- Create dream-like, cinematic, and hyper-realistic compositions.
- Maintain consistency in lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.

AI Video Generation

- Generate AI-based videos for marketing campaigns.
- Create cinematic video concepts using text-to-video tools.
- Convert still images into motion videos.
- Create short-form content for social media platforms.
- Develop AI-powered animations and visual effects.





Prompt Engineering

- Write detailed prompts for image and video generation.
- Experiment with multiple prompting techniques.
- Optimize prompts for better outputs.
- Build and maintain a prompt library for the design team.
- Test new AI workflows and improve content generation processes.

Facial Consistency and Human Features

The candidate must be able to:

- Preserve the original facial structure of real people.
- Maintain facial consistency across multiple images.
- Create realistic human expressions.
- Generate AI visuals without distorting human features.
- Blend real faces into creative and cinematic environments.

AI Research and Innovation

- Stay updated with the latest AI tools and trends.
- Continuously explore new AI platforms.
- Research emerging technologies in image, video, and creative automation.
- Present new AI tools and workflows to the team.
- Share knowledge with designers, editors, and creative teams.

Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in AI-based visual design, graphic design, multimedia, or content creation.
- Candidates with strong portfolios and practical AI experience will be given preference.

Performance Expectations (First 6 Months)

- Build an internal AI prompt database.
- Create AI-based visual assets for brand campaigns.
- Research and introduce at least two new AI tools every month.
- Improve the agency's AI workflow.
- Collaborate with the multimedia team on ongoing projects.
- Deliver high-quality AI-generated content within deadlines.
