We are looking for an experienced US Caller to join HR Brid. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling US clients. This role requires working remotely with a mandatory office visit once every week for reporting and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US clients professionally.
- Handle client communication and maintain strong relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Follow up with clients and update call records regularly.
- Coordinate with the internal HR and recruitment team.
- Submit weekly reports during the office reporting day.





Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Experience as a US Caller or International Caller.
- Proven experience in handling US clients.
- Solid interpersonal and client management skills.
- Good listening, follow-up, and communication abilities.

Eligibility

- Experience: 1 to 2 years in US Calling.
- Must have handled US clients in a previous role.
- Comfortable reporting to the office once every week.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
