Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Okhla, New Delhi

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Industry: Flexible Packaging Manufacturing

Experience: 3–6 years in Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial records. The candidate should have valuable working knowledge of GST, Tally, bookkeeping and manufacturing-industry accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries in Tally.

- Handle GST-related accounting and documentation, including GSTR reconciliation.

- Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliation and expense records.

- Process invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.

- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.

- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic MIS/reports.

- Maintain proper documentation for audit and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams,



vendors and customers regarding accounts-related matters.

- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with company procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.

- Good understanding of GST and GST reconciliation.

- Good bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals.

- Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny, AP/AR.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Experience in manufacturing/flexible packaging industry will be preferred.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle accounts independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate

Candidate with 3–6 years of relevant experience, particularly in a flexible packaging/manufacturing company, with hands-on experience in Tally, GST and day-to-day accounting operations.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
