What You'll Do

- Welcome and assist customers on the shop floor, understand what they're looking for, and suggest sarees, suits, lehengas and festive wear that suit their need and budget
- Handle billing and payments (cash/UPI/card) accurately at the counter
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn incentive on top of fixed salary
- Keep the store displays neat, stock arranged, and new arrivals showcased attractively
- Manage stock — check incoming material, update rack/shelf placement, inform owner on fast-moving and low-stock items
- Handle customer queries on WhatsApp/Instagram/phone regarding availability, price and order status
- Build repeat customers through good service and follow-up

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of experience in garment/fashion/retail sales (sarees, ethnic wear or boutique experience strongly preferred)
- Confident, friendly communication in Odia, Hindi
- Genuine interest in ethnic wear, fabrics and current fashion trends




- Target-driven mindset — comfortable with sales goals and incentive-based earning
- Basic comfort with billing/POS software (will train if needed)
- Well-presented, punctual, and good with people
- Prior experience in a saree/lehenga/ethnic wear store is a strong plus
