Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Associate to support our IT hardware business sales. The candidate will be responsible for product sourcing support, quotation preparation, product research, vendor coordination, and assisting the sales team in managing customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer product requirements and identify suitable IT hardware solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conduct market research to identify product availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and distributors for product procurement and availability.
- Maintain product databases, pricing sheets, and inventory-related records.




- Assist in preparing product presentations, specifications, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product details, availability, and pricing.
- Monitor industry trends and update product-related information regularly.
- Support the sales and procurement teams in day-to-day operational activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and research abilities.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and IT products.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
