Job Overview:

As an Architect, You will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings for site construction. You will be responsible for ensuring the drawings are accurate and in compliance with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
· Create and review technical framework drawings for RCC, services, and civil works and interior drawing sets.





· Organize and manage technical checklists and reference materials to ensure consistency and accuracy in the technical set.

· Perform quality check to ensure feasibility before initiating civil drawings and assess the constructability of the design.

Qualifications:

· Education: B.Arch.

· Experience: 2+ year of technical drawings experience, showcasing a robust portfolio in technical drawings.

· Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD
