Job Description:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth clinic operations by handling front-desk duties, managing appointments, and assisting both patients and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain an efficient appointment schedule.
- Handle phone calls and emails, answering patient inquiries and redirecting them as necessary.
- Process patient registrations and manage accurate patient records.
- Billing and payment handling,



including insurance claims if applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Coordinate with medical staff for seamless patient flow and clinic efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to clinic policies and confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (any healthcare-related certification is a plus).
- Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, and [Local Language]).
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, clinic management software).
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
