Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Drafting, or related field

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Interior CAD Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills and practical knowledge of interior construction, materials, finishes, furniture, and joinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare interior drawings from concept design through construction and shop drawings.
- Develop floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans.
- Prepare flooring, wall-finish, ceiling, kitchen, wardrobe, and joinery drawings.
- Convert architectural and interior design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Incorporate design changes, material specifications, and site requirements.




- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, practical, and construction-ready.
- Maintain CAD standards, layering, file organization, and revision records.

Requirements

- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Minimum 4+ years of interior design drafting experience.
- Good knowledge of interior construction, materials, finishes, furniture, and joinery.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects.
- GCC interior design/fit-out experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and time management.
