Multi Infrastructure & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a growing EPC organization with projects across Renewable Energy, Electrical EPC, Substations, Power Distribution, Gas Pipelines, Civil Works, Water Distribution, and Railway Electrification across India.

The company is expanding its presence in renewable energy and solar manufacturing and is focused on delivering technology-driven and sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – MIS, Fundraising & Financial Analysis to support the Founders and senior management in financial planning, fundraising, MIS, business analysis, and strategic decision-making.

The role will involve close coordination with banks, NBFCs, investors, rating agencies, consultants, accounts & finance teams, and project heads.

Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Investor Coordination

- Prepare fundraising proposals, project reports, CMA data, and financial information for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Coordinate with lenders, investors, consultants, and financial institutions for debt and equity requirements.
- Manage information requests and documentation related to funding.
- Support sanction, disbursement, and compliance-related activities.

Financial Analysis & Modeling

- Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, and sensitivity analysis.
- Analyze project profitability, costs, cash flows, and financial performance.
- Prepare financial ratios,



liquidity analysis, and fund utilization reports.
- Support management in financial and strategic decision-making.

MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS covering cash flow, project progress, fund utilization, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with Accounts & Finance teams for data collection, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support data preparation for statutory auditors, consultants, and rating agencies such as CRISIL, ICRA, and CARE.

Strategic & Market Research

- Track industry trends, government policies, and market developments in EPC and solar manufacturing.
- Conduct competitor and business research.
- Prepare management briefs, business presentations, and investor presentations.
- Support business planning and financial forecasting.

Relationship Management

- Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with bankers, NBFCs, rating agencies, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Draft professional reports, correspondence, and investor communications.
- Assist senior management during meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.

KRA/KPI

- Perform additional responsibilities and KRA/KPI as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Financial Analysis, MIS, Financial Modeling, and Excel.
- Good understanding of fundraising, banking coordination,



and financial documentation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with large financial datasets and prepare management reports.
- Understanding of accounting and financial statements.
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Exposure to Solar, EPC, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- MBA Finance preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, fundraising, investor relations, banking coordination, MIS, or corporate finance.
- Candidates with experience in EPC, Solar, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services will be preferred.
