Job Summary

Kuche7 Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Design Engineer to join the Design & Engineering team. The candidate will support the development of product designs, technical drawings, and engineering documentation while gaining practical exposure to manufacturing processes and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior design engineers in developing product designs and technical solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models as per project and customer requirements.
- Work on design modifications, revisions, and improvements based on feedback.
- Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and project teams to understand design and manufacturing requirements.
- Support the development of prototypes and assist in design validation.
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with company standards and project specifications.
- Assist in resolving design-related issues during manufacturing and assembly.
- Maintain proper records and revision control of drawings and design documents.
- Learn and follow relevant manufacturing processes, materials, tolerances, and quality standards.




- Participate in continuous improvement and value engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawing principles and manufacturing processes.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar CAD software.
- Understanding of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T;, tolerances, dimensions, and engineering standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Solid interest in product design and manufacturing.
- Detail-oriented with good technical aptitude.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn from senior engineers.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
