Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a fast, highly proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day vehicle movement and ensure successful deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and book 20–25 vehicles daily based on delivery requirements.

* Coordinate with drivers from vehicle booking → pickup → transit → successful delivery.

* Ensure vehicles are placed on time and drivers have all required information.





* Track live deliveries and proactively follow up on delays, cancellations and exceptions.

* Quickly arrange replacement vehicles in case of driver/vehicle failure.

* Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries.

* Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle tracking records.

* Take complete ownership of delivery issues until they are resolved.

What We’re Looking For:

* 1–4 years of experience in logistics, fleet, transportation or delivery operations.

* Excellent communication and driver/vendor coordination skills.

* Extremely fast and responsive, with a strong sense of urgency.

* Ability to manage 20+ vehicles simultaneously without losing track.

* Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace.

* Basic Excel/Google Sheets and logistics software skills.

Fast vehicle booking + zero dropped balls + proactive tracking + successful deliveries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
